We are an authorised ATC partner selling factory-built trailers directly. Our partnership terms let us pass a fixed 10% discount off the manufacturer's suggested price onto every order — it isn't a clearance price, a seconds sale, or a limited-time promotion.

Yes. Every trailer is built to order by ATC and carries the full factory warranty — structural coverage runs to five years on most models and ten years across the Plā range.

Yes. Choose credit card when you place your order and a specialist emails you a secure payment link within one business day. There is no card form on this site, and we never ask for card details by email or phone.

Bank transfer or credit card. You choose when you place your order. We do not send payment details automatically: a specialist emails you either our bank details or a secure payment link within one business day, and for a quote the details come with the written quote. Bank transfers clear in one to five business days depending on your bank. Sending from outside the US, pay in USD and ask your bank to route it with all charges paid by the sender so nothing is deducted along the way.

Either. When you place an order you choose to pay the whole price in one payment, or put $2,000 down and settle the balance before delivery. Both options are on the order form.

Yes. Anything you have paid is fully refundable until your trailer enters production. Once the factory starts your build the order becomes firm, and what you have paid is credited against the purchase price.

Trailers are built or allocated to your order and titled to you, so they are not returnable once delivered — though you can cancel for a full refund any time before your build starts. LifeTrac accessories can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging; you arrange return shipping and there is no restocking fee. Anything faulty, damaged or incorrect we put right at our cost. The returns policy has the detail.

Yes — shipping is free on every trailer, anywhere in the United States, with no zone surcharge and no delivery fee added at the end. Prices still exclude tax, title and registration, which depend on where you register the trailer. LifeTrac accessories ordered on their own are the one exception: those orders start at $300, and ship free over $600 or $49 flat below it. Accessories added to a trailer order are fitted at the build, with no minimum and no shipping charge.

Fourteen days from the date on the quote. These are built to order at manufacturer pricing, so after that we re-check the current MSRP before confirming — it is usually unchanged, and we will tell you either way. Nothing is committed until you accept, and your deposit stays fully refundable for seven days after that.

Yes, by written quote. We handle customs clearance, import duty, type approval and import VAT on your behalf, so your only additional cost is a delivery fee, with nothing further to pay when it arrives. That fee depends on your delivery address, which is why it is quoted rather than shown on the site. For the UK, Europe, Canada or anywhere else, choose your country at checkout and send it as a quote request. A specialist replies in writing, usually within one business day, and nothing is committed until you accept.

It depends whether the configuration you picked is in stock. In-stock units ship as soon as your payment clears in full — no build wait. Everything else is built to order: it enters the ATC production schedule once your payment clears, and we confirm the lead time in writing. Each configuration on the site shows which it is.

Every configuration carries an availability badge on its product page. "In stock" means the unit is on our lot and ships once payment clears in full. "Built to order" means it goes into the factory schedule, with the lead time shown where the factory has confirmed one.

Usually, yes. ATC builds custom commercial and car-hauler configurations regularly. Describe what you need in your quote request and we will come back with feasibility and pricing.

Nothing is final until your build enters production, and everything you have paid is refundable until then. We can also arrange factory tours and put you in touch with owners of similar builds.

ATC's patent-pending modular track system. Cabinets, sofas, benches, tables and tie-downs clip in anywhere along the rail, so you can reconfigure the interior whenever the job changes.
