Who we are

ATC Trailers Listing is an independent authorised reseller of trailers manufactured by Aluminum Trailer Company (ATC). ATC®, Plā®, Stō®, Rōm® and Prō® are trademarks of their owner. We are not the manufacturer.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and reflect a 10% discount against the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Prices include standard ground shipping to any address in the United States, and exclude taxes, title and registration.

Free shipping covers one delivery to a single US address that is accessible to a standard transport rig. Remote, island or non-continental destinations, redelivery after a missed appointment, and any site access we cannot reach with standard equipment may carry a charge, which we will quote and agree with you in writing first.

Prices and specifications are sourced from the manufacturer and may change without notice. The price that binds is the one on the written quote we send you, within its stated validity period.

Quotes and orders

A quote request creates no obligation on either side. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm your production slot in writing after your payment clears.

You may pay the full price in one payment, or pay a $2,000 deposit with the balance due before delivery. Whichever you choose, everything you have paid is fully refundable at your request at any time before your trailer enters production. Once production begins the order is firm and sums paid are credited against the purchase price.

Payment

We do not process card payments through this website. Accepted methods are ACH bank transfer, wire transfer and cryptocurrency.

Where you pay in cryptocurrency, the amount payable is fixed against the US dollar price at the rate quoted in our payment email and held for sixty minutes. If payment is not received within that window we will requote. Crypto transfers are irreversible; you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the address given in that email, and we will never issue a revised address by any other channel. An underpaid or overpaid amount is credited at the quoted rate and settled with you before dispatch.

Payment instructions are sent by email in response to an order and carry your reference number. Any balance of the purchase price is due in cleared funds before delivery is scheduled.

Delivery

Configurations shown as in stock ship once the full purchase price has cleared. Configurations shown as built to order enter the manufacturer’s production schedule once your payment clears, and we confirm the lead time to you in writing.

Lead times are estimates based on the manufacturer’s current production schedule and are not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of any material change.

Shipping to your US delivery address is included in the price. Risk passes to you on delivery — please inspect your trailer on arrival and note any transit damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Warranty

Trailers are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided by ATC and administered through its network. We will help you make a claim, but the warranty obligation rests with the manufacturer. We give no additional warranty beyond that offered by ATC.

Content accuracy

Specifications, weights, capacities and imagery are supplied by the manufacturer and reproduced in good faith. Occasional errors and mid-year revisions occur. Confirm any specification that is critical to your purchase with us in writing before ordering.
