What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number and delivery location, along with the trailer configuration you selected and any message you write.

We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers or any other financial credentials through this website. There is no card form here to fill in.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to prepare and send your quote, to email payment instructions for an order you placed, and to keep you informed about a build you have placed with us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

How it is handled

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to our application, which sends the resulting emails and forwards a copy to our sales team. Emails are retained in our mailboxes for as long as needed to service your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

This site uses no advertising trackers and sets no third-party cookies. A single browser session entry stores your in-progress configuration so you do not lose it on refresh; it is cleared when you submit or close the tab.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email support@atctrailerslisting.com and we will respond within thirty days. Deletion requests are honoured except where we are required to retain records relating to a completed transaction.

Security and fraud

We will never email or call to ask for card details, nor will we send unsolicited changes to payment instructions. Payment details only ever arrive as a reply to an order you placed, and always quote your reference number. If anything looks wrong, stop and contact us at support@atctrailerslisting.com before sending money.
